Leadership

The organizational structure of the Union is composed of 42 members of the Board, which includes CEOs of the largest enterprises, institutions, organizations, honored workers of the industry who enable RCU to ensure complete coverage of all branches of chemical industry.

Victor Ivanov, PhD holds degrees from S.M. Kirov Tomsk Technological University and Academy of National Economy under the USSR Council of Ministers.

1988 – appointed USSR Deputy Minister of Chemical Industry

1992 – 1996: Russia’s Minister of Chemical and Petrochemical Industry

1998 – «Souyzkhimexport» foreign trade association CEO

At present, Mr. Ivanov is the RCU President and the Chair of RSPP Commission on Chemical Industry. He holds a honorary title of the Distinguished Chemist of Russia and a honorary doctorate in the Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.

Igor Kukushkin, PhD graduated from Ordzhonikidze State University of Management and worked in a number of privately and state-owned enterprises.

2007 – RCLG ICCA member and representative in charge of relations with Cefic

Mr. Kukushkin is a member of many working groups on research and management of chemicals under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Rostekhregulirovanie, RSPP Committee on Technical Regulation, Business Russia, RCU. He is the Chair of Business Russia industrial section on chemistry and petrochemistry.
